Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we ship. There is no minimum order value and no shipping fee at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Where we ship and how long it takes
We ship worldwide. After processing, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Everywhere else: 10–21 business days
These are estimates: carrier delays, weather and customs can affect them.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. If you have not received it after 5 business days, email support@hauntglow.com and we will send it to you.
Two parcels
Your order may arrive in two separate parcels, as the LED lights and the shadow bats ship from two different warehouses. This is normal and both parcels are tracked.
Customs and import duties
We cover import charges. If your local customs authority or carrier asks you for duties, taxes or a handling fee on a HauntGlow order, email the receipt to support@hauntglow.com and we will refund it in full. You pay the price you saw at checkout — nothing else.
Halloween delivery
To be sure your kit arrives before October 31:
- International orders: order by September 28.
- United States: order by October 8.
If you order before your cut-off date and your kit arrives after October 31, we refund you in full.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@hauntglow.com within 12 hours and we will correct it before the order ships. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address that was supplied incorrectly.
