Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on hauntglow.com from HauntGlow, a sole trader business registered in France. They complete our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Products

Our decorative kits are described as accurately as possible on each product page. Photographs and videos are illustrative; slight variations in colour or finish are possible.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), free shipping included for the United States. VAT is not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed at the moment you place your order.

4. Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact support@hauntglow.com.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order, through our secure payment providers.

6. Delivery

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, delivery to the United States 7 to 14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. All customers benefit from our 30-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous. See our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantees

Products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
