1. Who we are
This website is operated by HauntGlow, a sole trader business (entreprise individuelle) registered in France. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HauntGlow. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping to the United States. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
4. Availability
We may limit the quantities of any product we offer and discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, you are refunded in full. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information, including a valid shipping address.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

8. Safety and correct use
Our LED products are decorative items powered by small batteries. Keep batteries and small parts away from children under 3: they are a choking hazard. Do not immerse in water. Adhesive pads are designed for indoor surfaces; if your paint or wallpaper is fragile, test on a small hidden area first.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, videos, logos) belongs to HauntGlow and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Nothing here deprives you of the protection granted by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
