If your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of its window, email us: we re-ship it or refund you in full — your choice. We're a small shop, not Amazon: we'd rather tell you the real delivery time than promise two days and let you down.
Tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. The first scan can take 3–5 days to appear; that's normal.
Where it ships from. Our partner warehouse in Asia. That's why shipping is free and why it takes one to three weeks. Every parcel is tracked.
Customs. No surprise fees. Import duties are not included in the price, but if customs or the carrier ever asks you to pay anything at delivery, pay it, email us the receipt and we refund it in full — every time, no questions asked. Australia: no customs charges on this item.

30-day guarantee. Not the right fit for you or your pet? You have 30 days from delivery to tell us, for any reason. Email support@hauntglow.com with your order number and we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with return instructions.
Who pays for the return. Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay, and often we don't even ask for it back. Changed your mind: you cover the return postage, and the item should come back unused and in its original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days once the return is confirmed.

Yes. It's made of soft, light polyester, and most cats forget they're wearing it after a minute or two. Always stay with your pet while it's dressed up, and take the costume off if it seems uncomfortable.
